Bobby gets his first kiss from classmate Millicent, but she didn't have time to warn him that she may be contagious with the mumps.
Summary[]
As Greg and Peter head off on their respective dates, Bobby dismisses the idea that kissing a girl is something he will ever want to do. After defending one of Cindy's friends from bullies at school, he changes his mind after he is kissed by Millicent. He sees skyrockets, but doesn't want anyone to know that he was kissed or that he enjoyed it. However the kiss is witnessed by Cindy who has a penchant for blabbing.
After taking some advice from his father, Bobby kisses Millicent to see if what he felt the first time around holds true. Millicent tells him that she may be contagious with the mumps. She will know for sure after her visit to the doctor's tomorrow. Until then, Bobby tries to stay clear of everyone as they organize a roaring twenties party. The mumps scare is a false alarm, and the party proceeds as planned.
