She is a student at Greg and Marcia's school who's part of the cheerleading squad. Pat tried out to be head cheerleader competing against Marcia and Jennifer Nichols. The head voter, Greg, was the boyfriend of Jennifer and brother of Marcia, meaning that he'd be biased toward both of them. However, he was honest and chose Pat, making her the head cheerleader.
